Privacy Policy
This policy covers information processed to license, secure, deliver, and support Nexus Devs products.
Effective June 21, 2026Scope and principles
Nexus Devs processes information needed to issue licenses, bind keys to authorized devices, apply product and country restrictions, prevent abuse, deliver updates, verify purchases, and provide support.
We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or use license data for the private benefit of staff. Collection and retention are limited to operational, security, support, payment, and legal purposes.
License and account records
- License status, product access, tier, issue and activation dates, expiration, validation count, and enforcement state.
- Discord user ID and account details used to link a license, deliver access, process resets, and provide support.
- Transaction references, product purchased, payment status, and records needed to verify delivery, disputes, fraud, and refunds. Nexus Devs does not need or intentionally store full payment-card credentials.
Device and HWID information
- Hardware or device identifiers supplied by a product for HWID binding, license limits, device-change detection, and reset handling.
- Operating system, client version, product identifier, device posture, integrity signals, and related diagnostic information used for compatibility and abuse prevention.
- Product-specific binding history and security events such as missing identifiers, mismatches, replay attempts, or authentication failures.
Network and location information
- IP address may be processed by our servers, hosting providers, proxies, rate limiters, and security systems.
- Hashed or shortened IP-derived identifiers may be stored for validation history, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
- Country or region codes inferred from network-provider headers may be stored and compared for geo-locking, fraud review, and country-change enforcement. We do not require precise GPS location for these checks.
- Request time, route, browser or client type, origin, and security-event information may be processed for troubleshooting and protection.
One-way protection and readable records
In the primary license-validation system, HWID values are normalized and transformed with HMAC-SHA256 using a secret server-side value before persistent license binding. Validation IP values are transformed into shortened hashes for validation records. Stored license keys are also represented through cryptographic hashes and related lookup values.
These protections reduce exposure and are not reversible through normal administrative use. They do not make every operational record invisible. Country codes, device-posture details, Discord IDs, support messages, transaction references, and some temporary provider or security logs may remain readable where required to operate, secure, or support the products.
Access to readable operational data is limited to authorized systems, providers, and personnel with a legitimate need. Data is not used for personal profiling, advertising, or unrelated personal benefit.
How information is used
- Create, activate, validate, expire, suspend, reset, and revoke product licenses.
- Enforce HWID bindings, product scope, account links, country locks, rate limits, and anti-abuse controls.
- Deliver products and updates, diagnose compatibility issues, and respond to support requests.
- Confirm payment and delivery, address refunds or chargebacks, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.
- Investigate fraud, attacks, redistribution, license sharing, authentication bypass, and violations of the Terms.
Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, database, security, payment, analytics, content-delivery, and communication providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. Discord and payment providers also apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or systems, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention
Short-term validation logs are designed to expire automatically after approximately seven days. License records, bound identifier hashes, country-lock history, device-security records, Discord links, and enforcement history may remain for the license term and afterward where needed for security, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Support messages and transaction records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the request, payment record, dispute, or legal requirement. Backup and provider copies may take additional time to expire.
Security
Nexus Devs uses access controls, transport security, cryptographic hashing or keyed hashing where appropriate, authentication controls, rate limits, monitoring, and retention limits. No system can guarantee absolute security, and this policy does not represent that every category is encrypted or unreadable.
Your privacy choices
You may email ryu@nexusdevs.fun or contact Nexus Devs through Discord to request access, correction, deletion, or unlinking of eligible information. We may verify your identity and may retain records needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal compliance.
Deleting or unlinking license information may disable product access, HWID resets, purchase verification, or support. Nexus Devs does not discriminate against users for making a valid privacy request, but cannot provide a feature that technically requires information you ask us to delete.
Age and international processing
Products are not offered for purchase by children. Users must meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service.
Information may be processed in countries where Nexus Devs or its providers operate. Those locations may apply different privacy laws, subject to protections required by applicable law.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when products, security systems, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
Product, privacy, and legal requests
Email ryu@nexusdevs.fun for privacy rights, copyright notices, payment records, or formal legal requests. Use Discord for product delivery, compatibility, key resets, and technical support.
