Refund Policy

Eligible review

• A verified duplicate payment.
• Payment completed but Nexus Devs did not deliver the purchased access, key, or product.
• Nexus Devs delivered the wrong product or duration and cannot correct the order.
• A material product failure confirmed by Nexus Devs that cannot be resolved or replaced within a reasonable support process.
• A refund or cancellation right that applicable law does not allow this policy to exclude.

Digital delivery and activation

A product is considered delivered when access, a key, a download, a loader, a panel, a script, or activation instructions are made available to the buyer or linked account.

After delivery or activation, sales are generally final because digital access cannot be returned. Nexus Devs will still review verified non-delivery, duplicate charges, incorrect delivery, unresolved material defects, and mandatory legal rights.

Normally not eligible

• Changing your mind after delivery.
• Buying for the wrong device, emulator, operating system, region, account, or unsupported environment without confirming compatibility.
• Account suspension or enforcement by a game or platform.
• Temporary maintenance, patches, anti-cheat changes, game updates, outages, or third-party platform changes.
• A feature, platform, or product becoming unavailable after a period of successful access, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Failure to follow setup instructions or provide reasonable diagnostic information.
• Loss of access caused by sharing, resale, redistribution, tampering, device or country evasion, chargeback, fraud, or breach of the Terms.

Support and correction first

Before a refund decision, Nexus Devs may request logs, screenshots, version details, device or emulator information, proof of purchase, and reasonable troubleshooting. We may offer correction, replacement access, a key reset, an extension, or another equivalent remedy where appropriate.

Requesting a review

Open a private Discord support ticket or email ryu@nexusdevs.fun promptly. Include the transaction reference, purchase date, product and duration, linked Discord account, delivery status, and a clear description of the issue. Do not publish keys, payment records, or personal information in a public channel.

Approved refunds are returned through an available method determined by the original payment channel. Provider processing times and fees may apply.

Chargebacks and abuse

A chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute may suspend the related license and linked access while investigated. Fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive claims may result in permanent revocation and preservation of relevant records for dispute or legal purposes.
