Acceptance and eligibility

By purchasing, activating, downloading, accessing, or using a Nexus Devs product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Product Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

Product license

A valid purchase or authorized free release grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use only the products, tier, devices, and duration identified at delivery.

A Roblox Scripts license covers the scripts included in that tier during the active license period. A Free Fire Panel license covers the selected panel category and tier. No purchase transfers ownership of source code, branding, services, infrastructure, or intellectual property.

Keys, HWID binding, and geo-locking

Products may require a license key, Discord link, HWID or device binding, client integrity checks, product-specific activation, country lock, or periodic online validation.

A key is for the authorized customer only. Device resets, account relinking, country-lock appeals, and replacement keys are reviewed for security and are not guaranteed when records indicate sharing, resale, evasion, fraud, or abuse.

• Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, publish, or redistribute a key, session, build, loader, panel, script, or account access.
• Do not spoof or rotate devices, identifiers, countries, accounts, signatures, timestamps, or network information to bypass controls.
• Do not disable, tamper with, probe, overload, scrape, automate against, or circumvent licensing, authentication, delivery, integrity, rate-limit, or anti-abuse systems.

Prohibited product use

• Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, extract, copy, modify, translate, repack, leak, mirror, or create derivative products, except only where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Do not remove notices, impersonate Nexus Devs, misrepresent affiliation, or use Nexus Devs branding to market an unauthorized service.
• Do not use products for unauthorized account access, credential theft, payment fraud, harassment, malware delivery, attacks on systems, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use support, refund, or privacy processes to submit false information, conceal abuse, or obtain duplicate access.

Delivery, activation, and support

Delivery, activation, license linking, compatibility checks, key resets, updates, and technical support are handled through official Nexus Devs channels, primarily Discord.

You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information, selecting the correct product and environment, protecting your key and linked accounts, and following setup requirements.

Compatibility and product changes

Compatibility depends on the game, platform, operating system, device, emulator, product version, and third-party updates. You must confirm current compatibility before purchase.

Features, supported environments, delivery methods, security controls, and product availability may change. Products may be updated, paused, restricted, replaced, or discontinued. No promise of permanent compatibility, continuous availability, or undetected status is made.

Third-party accounts and enforcement

Nexus Devs is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, authorized by, or affiliated with referenced game publishers or platforms. Their agreements govern your accounts.

Third-party software may violate publisher or platform rules. Use may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, lost purchases, lost virtual items, or other enforcement. You knowingly accept those risks.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Prices, duration, product scope, and payment instructions are shown at purchase or confirmed through official support. You are responsible for taxes, fees, and accurate payment details.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer rights. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first allowing a reasonable opportunity to investigate may result in immediate suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

Warranty and liability

Products are provided as available and as delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Devs disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, and protection from third-party enforcement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Devs is not liable for account actions, device or software damage, lost data, lost virtual items, lost purchases, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Nexus Devs may suspend, restrict, investigate, or revoke access for breach, key sharing, resale, redistribution, authentication bypass, device or country evasion, chargebacks, attacks, fraud, unlawful conduct, or risks to users or infrastructure.

Termination ends the license immediately. Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, payment disputes, disclaimers, liability, enforcement, and legal rights survive where their nature requires.

Intellectual property and notices

Nexus Devs retains all rights in its products, code, loaders, panels, scripts, delivery systems, documentation, branding, and original assets. Third-party game names, logos, and trademarks remain owned by their respective holders.

Copyright, abuse, privacy, and formal legal notices must be sent to ryu@nexusdevs.fun with sufficient information to identify the product, material, account, transaction, or claim.

Changes, severability, and enforcement

Terms may be updated when products, security requirements, laws, or business operations change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of future enforcement.
